本日付け日経新聞朝刊に掲載されておりましたが、国家の信用力ランキングについてです。
ドイツが1位で、アメリカを抜いて世界随一の国家になりました。産業基盤がしっかりしているだけあって、国家財政もしっかりしているんでしょう。気がかりなのは脱原発ですが、それは今後のドイツ政府の政策に注目ですね。その政策いかんによって、欧州並びに今後の政界全体における、エネルギー需給におおきな兆しとなるでしょうから。
そして日本は中国に抜かれていました。
中国経済は外貨準備高もたかまっており、先のギリシャ危機の際には欧州各国を訪問して、欧州の債券を購入する旨首相に言って回ったそうです。中国経済の成長はいいのですが、閉鎖的な当局、政府の政策、インターネットにおいても、中国版ツイッターに、中国版フェイスブックと、当局管理下の統制のもとで運営されているのが実情です。
自由経済とは言い難いですね。
日本の財政力がよわまっているのはやはりなんといっても赤字国債の発行が続いていることでしょう。いくら国債が税金によって補てん償還されるもので、デフォルトの可能性が低いとはいえ、額そのものよりも、キャッシュフローの面からみても支払いきれない支出であれば発行するべきではないでしょう。
さきの震災以来、各産業の部品供給が滞り、日本国内の経済成長率も一時的に停滞をしています。原子力発電所の問題や、政府当局の震災対応の遅れ、問題は山積なままです。
これといって支持政党があるわけではありませんが、行動力のない政治家は嫌いですね。
信用力の基盤たる財政、税収を増やすためには、国内企業の振興が何より大事だと思われます。今回の国家財政信用力低下を政府はどのようにとらえているのでしょうかねヽ(´・ω・｀)ﾉ
